Direct flights from Sydney to Whitsunday Islands

New direct flights to the Whitsundays: Qantas has begun direct services between Sydney and the Great Barrier Reef Airport at Hamilton Island broadening travel options for Sydney and international customers heading to the Whitsundays. Qantas will operate three flights a week on Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday during peak season. An alternative travel option for flying to the Whitsunday Islands is the Whitsunday Coast Airport at Proserpine serviced by Jetstar, Virgin Australia and Tiger Airways.
